Construction Sector

Construction Sector

The Construction Sector represents an expansion of Al-Rowad’s operations, built on accumulated field experience

gained through active involvement in project sites, with a practical understanding of execution sequencing, site management, and coordination across different trades.

The sector operates through a structured approach that begins with site mobilization and resource deployment, and continues through execution management and progress monitoring up to final handover, supported by precise quality control and safety systems.

Our Services

Infrastructure

Our infrastructure works cover full site preparation, beginning with excavation, backfilling, grading, and soil compaction, followed by the installation of water networks, sewage systems, stormwater drainage, underground cabling, and service chambers. Operations are carried out using ready-to-deploy heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, dump trucks, graders, rollers, and compaction machinery, ensuring accurate level control, soil stability, and proper ground preparation for subsequent construction stages. Execution is carefully sequenced to maintain structural integrity and long-term ground performance.

Telecommunications

We undertake telecom infrastructure works including fiber optic cable installation, underground routing, construction of telecom chambers, and tower base preparation. All works comply with operator specifications and safety standards, with precise depth control, cable protection measures, and site coordination to support future maintenance access. Attention to measurement accuracy and technical alignment with other trades is central to our telecom operations.

Construction Works

Our construction scope includes educational facilities, residential compounds, and mid-scale developments. Works cover foundations, reinforced concrete structures, and site execution management through structural completion. Each project is handled under a defined schedule, structured workforce allocation, and continuous supervision to ensure compliance with approved technical standards. Focus remains on structural stability, alignment precision, and disciplined execution throughout the building phase.

Asphalt Works

Asphalt execution begins with a technical assessment of site conditions, soil preparation, and level control, followed by excavation, backfilling, and compaction to achieve the stability required for long-term performance. The process continues with the application of prime coat, placement and grading of the base course, installation of the asphalt binder layer, and application of tack coat before laying the final wearing course at approved thicknesses. Temperature control and compaction ratios are carefully monitored to ensure surface integrity and load-bearing capacity. Material selection is aligned with project requirements, whether hot mix asphalt for high-traffic roads or cold mix solutions for maintenance works, with the option of incorporating recycled materials when suitable. The scope covers internal roads, parking areas, open yards, and rehabilitation works, supported by quality control measures that address drainage performance and help prevent future settlement or surface failure.
